Corporate Range Manager, Parasiticides
You will report directly to the Companion Animal Franchise Director. You will be responsible for the Companion Animal Parasiticides range strategy and direction globally. This role is accountable for the elaboration and follow-up of marketing plans. You will be an interface between corporate franchise and the countries, for ensuring the right capabilities are in place locally for delivering the Parasiticides budget, in the professional channel and through direct to pet owner initiatives.
You will propose products, packaging, services and communication initiatives that answer customers and the Group's needs, with a dynamic, inspiring and entrepreneurial mindset.
As such, you will intervene on different levels:
Strategy: Define the marketing plans of Parasiticides with a 5 years' vision for the product, the positioning, the pricing and the promotions. Develop and deploy B to B, B to B to C and B to C strategies to promote the range
Marketing: Follow closely the market's evolution and customers' needs through global/zone/products benchmark. Provide leadership and direction to Local teams to promote brands to all stakeholders, with an incresing focus on DTC
Lead Local teams in executing marketing and sales plans. Create or update brand guides, digital content, which enable a best in class experience for the consumer.
Operations: Collaborate with local marketing and veterinary services to define the support and resources needed to implements the strategy. Work with markets to identify key activations, cross pollination between countries and provide Global support
Monitoring: Monthly reporting of the evolution of sales by product, the reasons for any deviations from the budget and discuss them with the countries; propose corrective actions
You bring a solid track record and have international marketing experience of at least 3-5 years in Animal Health in Parasiticides for Pets, after a successful experience in a country, and you are responsible for several national/international product launches.
You are an expert in ?B to C? communication, and you have an advanced experience in running ?B to B to C? and ?B to B? strategies. You are fluent in English, you have a multinational experience working with different countries and stakeholders. You can create a climate in which people want to do their best, inspire people and translate Ceva vision.
